Our Credit Risk Office (CRO) is full of some of the leading statisticians, analysts and deep thinkers in the industry. Getting all these teams working together is the key to our continuing business success. We’ve developed seven job families within Risk; each unique and requiring a variety of skills. Equally valued and perfectly integrated, every member of our areas works together, making the decisions that keep us ahead.

As you look to develop your career in Risk at Barclaycard, opportunities may be available in other areas. Our job families bring together people with similar skill sets, ensuring that you’ll receive all the support you need to develop in your specialist area. Of course, you may decide that you’d rather work in another part of CRO, in which case we’ve made it easy to move between job families.  In many ways our job families are like a career development tool, created so that you can make the most of your abilities.
